The client is responsible for providing correct and complete event information, including:

• Event date and time
• Venue address and access details
• Required equipment and event usage
• Venue permissions, if applicable
• Power availability and event contact person details

The client should also ensure that the venue is reasonably ready for equipment setup and that the environment is safe for installation and operation. Any delay, restriction or issue caused by incomplete information or venue-related problems may affect service delivery.

Equipment Use and Care

All equipment provided on rent remains the property of Luxera Event / HDProjectorOnRents.com unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are expected to ensure reasonable care of rented equipment during the rental period.

The client may be held responsible for loss, theft, misuse, severe physical damage or damage caused due to negligence, unauthorized handling, unsafe environment, improper power conditions or misuse of the rented equipment during the period it remains under the client’s event control.

Normal wear and tear under proper usage is not treated as damage.

Delivery, Setup and Technical Support

Where applicable, our team may provide delivery, installation, setup and basic technical coordination for rented equipment. The scope of support depends on the service booked, event requirement and quotation terms.

While we aim to deliver and set up equipment on time, delays caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, security clearance, local conditions, force majeure or incomplete information provided by the client may affect timelines. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and minimize disruption.

Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the event type, rental value, booking schedule and service requirement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A booking require advance payment or confirmation amount
• The remaining balance may be payable before, during or immediately after service completion, as agreed
• Late payments may delay booking confirmation, equipment dispatch or future service support
• Any additional equipment, manpower, overtime or service extension requested beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges
